These Terms and Conditions are intended to inform you of the conditions for interacting with DORIS.MOBI virtual try-ons. By continuing with the experience, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

DORIS.MOBI TECNOLOGIA S.A., a privately held corporation, headquartered in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, No. 2.092, 10th floor, suites E102 and E104, room 07, Jardim Paulistano, ZIP code 01451-905, registered under CNPJ No. 19.782.186/0001-06.
1. Purpose Use by customers of virtual try-on services developed by DORIS.MOBI, allowing users to visualize their own image wearing products selected from the partner store.
2. Eligibility for use
2.1. The customer of the partner store will use the service while physically present in the store and declares, upon accepting these Terms, that they will only use their own image and not the image of others.
2.2. Interaction with the virtual try-on is available exclusively to individuals with full legal capacity, i.e., those over 18 years of age.
2.3. In exceptional cases, minors may participate in the experience only if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, as per civil law and personal data protection regulations.
3. Purpose of registration Using the virtual try-on allows the participant to visualize how clothing from the partner store fits before making a potential purchase. In case of image publication by the customer, the customer is responsible for any subsequent consequences.
3.1. Personal data used in the experience includes the customer’s image captured while using the DORIS.MOBI tool. To learn more about how your data is processed, please refer to the privacy policies available on the website

4. Legal basis for processing your personal data The processing of personal data is carried out based on the legal grounds established in Article 11, paragraph II, d of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), which pertains to the execution of a contract or preliminary procedures related to a contract to which the data subject is a party, at the request of the data subject.
5. Data retention and deletion periods 5.1. The personal data captured during the virtual try-on experience will be stored by DORIS.MOBI only during the interaction.
5.2. After 30 minutes, all captured photos will be automatically deleted by DORIS.MOBI.
6. Sharing of your personal data The personal data collected will not be shared between DORIS.MOBI and its partners or with third parties.
7. Security and confidentiality measures A variety of technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, will be used to ensure the security of personal data.
8. International data transfer Personal data collected and processed by DORIS.MOBI is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Ohio, United States. As such, there will be an international data transfer outside of Brazilian territory, as permitted by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). DORIS.MOBI ensures that the transfer will be conducted based on appropriate protection mechanisms, ensuring the protection of personal data in compliance with the required security and privacy standards.
